Taco Burger



  • 1 package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Hawaiian Hamburger Buns

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • ½ cup salsa

  • ½ packet of taco seasoning mix

  • ⅓ cup of mayonnaise

  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce

  • 1 egg

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Chopped fresh chipotle

  • Chopped red onion

  • Monterey Jack pepper cheese

  1. Combine beef, salsa, egg and taco seasoning in a large bowl

  2. Shape into 4 even burgers. Place mayonnaise and chipotle chile in blender. Cover and blend until nice and smooth.

  3. Grill or broil burgers, turning once, until desired doneness.

  4. Serve on buns topped with chipotle chile mayonnaise and choice of toppings.
