INGREDIENTS (Yield: 8 Servings)

  • 1 package of Aunt Millie's Deli Mini Sub Buns

  • 1 c. celery, chopped

  • 1 c. blue cheese

  • 1 c. mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp. hot sauce, your favorite brand (Franks recommended)

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • Dash black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Set aside until hot dogs are ready.

  2. Grill or simmer hot dogs as desired.

  3. Place hot dogs in a bun, and top with celery, blue cheese, and buffalo mayonnaise. Top with additional hot sauce if desired.
