Bourbon Brat


INGREDIENTS (Yield: 8 Servings)

  • 1 package of Aunt Millie's Hearth Classic White Hot Dog Buns

  • ½ c. brown sugar

  • ½ c. ketchup

  • ½ c. bourbon (or cola)

  • ¼ cup minced onion

  • 6 Johnsonville Smoked Beef Brats, grilled

  • 2 cups coleslaw


  1. Gently simmer the brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, and onion in a saucepan for 10 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Add the Johnsonville Smoked Beef Brats to the mixture, and warm through.

  3. Place brats in a bun, and top with desired amount of coleslaw.
