INGREDIENTS (Yield: 8 Servings)

  • 1 package of Aunt Millie's Deli Mini Sub Buns

  • 1 package hot dogs

  • 8 slices bacon, thick sliced

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • 3 c. lettuce, chopped

  • 6 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Set Preheat grill over medium heat.

  2. Meanwhile, wrap one slice of bacon around each hot dog.

  3. Grill until bacon is crispy on all sides.

  4. Place hot dog inside bun, then top with tomato and lettuce.

  5. Drizzle with mayonnaise.

  6. Serve immediately.
