The “All-In” Burger

Aunt Millie's All-In Burger


  • 1 Package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Hawaiian Hamburger Buns

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 1/2 lb. mild ground sausage

  • ½ lb. bacon, cooked

  • 1/2 c green onion, diced

  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese (pick your favorite blend)

  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • All of your favorite toppings

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, 5 strips of crumbled bacon, green onion, cheese, garlic, pepper, seasoned salt, and salt until well mixed.

  2. Form into patties large enough to cover the Aunt Millie's buns.

  3. Preheat grill. Cook patties until done to your preferred temperature.

  4. Top with bacon and more cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.

  5. Put on the bun with all of your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, ketchup, and mayo. Feel free to add your own unique list of ingredients such as avocado slices, jalapeno, fried onions, etc. Whatever you do, build it big! Enjoy!
