Add Some Spice Burgers

Shake Shack's Pickled Jalapeno Burger


  • 1 package Aunt Millie's Hearth Classic White Hamburger Buns

  • 1lb. ground beef

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 ½ tsp. Sriracha

  • French Onion Sandwich toppers (found in deli section of grocery store)

  • Jalapeno Sandwich toppers (found in deli section of grocery store)

  • 8 slices American cheese

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Gently combine ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder together, and shape into 8 patties.

  3. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side, topping with cheese the last few minutes of cooking. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.

  4. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and sriracha together and set aside.

  5. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with desired amount of sriracha mayonnaise, jalapeno toppers and French onion toppers.
