Mushroom Swiss Burger
1 package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
1 lb. ground beef
¼ c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ c low-fat mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 oz. fresh mushroom, sliced
4 slices swiss cheese
4 slices lettuce
Preheat grill or medium pan over medium heat.
Gently combine first six ingredients (excluding buns) and shape into 4 patties.
Meanwhile gently combine mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Grill patties over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes per side until desired degree of doneness. Add cheese, and cook 2-3 more minutes, until melted.
Meanwhile, saute the mushroom in a skillet over medium- high heat,
Top each bun with a slice of lettuce, a burger, desired amount of mushrooms and parmesan mayo.
